You’re just like my glasses!
What you may think is wrong with my glasses is actually what’s right with them! Of course they’re functional, but they’re also memorable, reflect my personality, and not the same as everyone else. I look at each client through their own unique lens. There’s no ‘plug-you-in’ process. My work with clients focuses on their specific micro-to-macro needs as well as the needs and challenges of their company.

Our process in a nutshell
The Deep Dive
Prior to our first working session, our process begins with in-depth discovery. We lay out your goals, your needs and what you feel are your challenges. If you’re preparing for a specific engagement we discuss the circumstances and issues around it. During the discovery process we often uncover other challenges (that you might not even have been aware of) that will be valuable to address.
I review all support material including your past speeches, presentations and appearances. I dive into your company and the landscape of your industry to provide the necessary context for our work together. When we begin our first session, we’ve already got a head start!
The Elevation
No two transformations are alike, so everyone’s roadmap is different. Our sessions are not a lecture series. We interact, practice and role play. I don’t just point out what’s wrong, I show you how to make it right for you and your communications style. Every session is agile enough to address unexpected issues we might uncover, so that you leave with ‘fixes’ you can immediately put into practice. You’ll receive on-going written summaries of your progress as well as have access to all your on-camera training.
The process for each one-on-one coaching session has its own DNA, but what every session has in common is that our process yields instant results even after our first session. I may work with clients who have household names, but all my clients are given my deepest passion, attention and respect, no matter what their goal.
The Safety Net
Don’t worry, I’ve got your back! My support does not end after our sessions. I continue to give support via Zoom conference, phone and email check-ins, for a full month after our initial engagement so that your growth continues. Sustainable change needs on-going support.
What’s your chewy center?
My method is not the usual. Even the short-hand language I often use is different. Hundreds of my clients from CEO’s to Grammy winners ask themselves and others ‘What’s your Chewy Center?’ Why ‘Chewy Center?’ Because the challenge with organizing concepts like Brand DNA or Brand Essence is that they can miss the visceral, chewy thing that’s at the heart of any core brand communication.
Your Chewy Center is that special sticky, gooey, often times emotional, place at the center of your message. When you find it, it rewards you, and when you share it with others, they get to chew on it too!
