Communications and
Performance Workshops
Customized corporate communications workshops
Elevating the communications of your team can be efficiently achieved through customized training workshops tailored to your corporate culture and designed to meet your company’s challenges and goals.
Although workshops are in a group setting, each participant’s performance is diagnosed and analyzed in real time. The feedback I receive time and again is how I’ve been able to help participants identify and attack their weaknesses and give them specific tools to take with them so they can continue their growth in real time.
All participants receive a written summary of what they need to address as well as the specific tools to address them. All on-camera training is made available to participants via link.
The process
The Deep Dive
Prior to creating each workshop syllabus, I do extensive research on your team’s past challenges and future needs. I review all relevant materials including speeches, talks, presentations given by workshop participants.
The Elevation
No two Workshops are alike, so every roadmap is different. Sessions are not a lecture series. We interact, practice and role play. I don’t just point out what’s wrong, I show each participant how to make it right for their communications style. Workshops are fluid enough to address unexpected issues we might uncover. Each participant leaves with ‘fixes’ they can immediately put into practice. All participants have access to any on-camera training during the workshop.
The Safety Net
All team members have access to unlimited individual 15-minute Zoom conferences as well as calls and e-mails with me for the month following the workshop. To address any issues to help them continue their work. Sustainable change is always my goal.

The Pitch Whisperer
“The Pitch” used to be reserved mainly for the entertainment & advertising industries!
But with the proliferation of social media & smart phones, the average attention span of the average listener, has been dramatically reduced from 3 minutes to 11 SECONDS in the last decade.
This drastically short window of attention now acutely reduces the probability of being “heard” in any industry and in any relationship.
A byproduct of this truncated time span means we’re ALL NOW PITCHING an idea, a concept, a product, an emotion regardless of industry or content. It all gets reduced to the ole’ adage “If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?” If YOU can’t get your communication across in 11 seconds, and pique the interest of your listener, no one will hear you.
So, no matter what new business your team is pitching, the NEXT Best Picture, concept for an Apple app, a hepatitis B drug, a rap podcast, financing your start-up or simply convincing your spouse where you want to go to dinner tonight…. you only have 11 seconds to break through!
How the heck do you do it? The Pitch Whisperer will arm you with custom ammunition and the cerebral tricks and tools to be successful every time.

On-Air Performance
Training Workshops
TV Host • Reporter • Spokesperson • Guest • Auditioning Training
They say,
‘Those that can, do. And those that can’t, teach.’ I do. And I teach. It’s what makes my workshops so effective.
I offer a 360-degree lens into on-air performance, because I’ve had a rainbow of roles and covered an unbelievable range of events. Whether its TV hosting, red carpet reporting, interviewing on celebrity junkets, or auditioning as a TV Home Shopping Host, I can help ignite your hosting, guesting, or spokesperson on-air presence.
If you’re already paying your rent by working in this industry hats off to you! I love working with regional on-air talent. I can help you elevate your performance and your bank account!

On-air workshops overview
There’s a cruel irony to all on-camera jobs. The best path to improvement is ‘time in the chair’, but employers do not expect their employees to be trained on the job, no matter what level or market you’re in. When that offer comes through and that red light goes on, you’d better be ready, because you won’t get a second chance.
To that end, my workshops are work! Not a tip and trick here and there or an on-camera ‘vanity play’, but intense on-cam drills to load your muscle memory with all the right stuff. Although offered in a workshop setting, the drills are always tailored to each participants’ needs and level.
